My Answers Part 1

A few days ago, I made a post asking you guys to ask me some questions. I’m going to split up my answers into three posts (Amanda’s question gets its own post, because she’s special) - mainly because I don’t want to bore you guys with a super long post. Aww, heck. Who am I kidding? I’m just lazy, really :P.

Anyway, in random order, here’s the first part.

Where do you eventually see yourself settling down/living in?Jacky
As much as I whine and complain about Ottawa, honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if I do end up settling down here. Ridiculously frigid winters aside, it really is a good place to live in. If I somehow, by some miracle, learn how to speak German, though, I definitely wouldn’t mind living in Berlin for a while. Maybe it was the rich history of the city, or the eclectic mix of new and old, or heck, the really hot German guys I met, but man, I fell in love with Berlin so much. Granted, as much as I like Berlin and Ottawa, it will probably be a long time before I do decide to settle down, as I’d like to spend the rest of my twenties and thirties on humanitarian missions overseas.

Want to move to Vancouver with me and stalk the knickers off J2? lolJacky
YES, PLZ. It’ll be a lot easier to stalk them now that they’re living in sin they live together, too :P. Except, you know, we need to figure out how we’re going to share Jensen. Because, dude, I love the Sasquatch - I really do. But let’s face it…Jensen? A lot prettier. A lot. (Psst…confused who or what J2 is? Behold, the hotness that is J2. That is all.)

Do you believe in true love? Why or why not?Kaylee
To a degree, I suppose, yes. But honestly, I’d rather spend my time, focus, and attention on the person I’m with now, rather than pining away for an ideal that may or may not come true. I don’t want to put any limits and conditions on love or to be more specific, who I’m going to love.

Would you like to have kids? If so, how many?Kaylee
If you asked me this question two years ago, I probably would have said “four” without hesitation. But a lot of things have changed since then, and right now, my answer is leaning more towards “none”. As a parent, I would want to make sure that I can provide stability and strength to my children, and with what I want to do in the future, I don’t think that’s something I can easily provide. Maybe when I’m older (a lot) older, I’ll change my mind again. But even then, I’ll most likely just adopt, instead of having biological children of my own.

If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you want to be?Kaylee
I like to be in America! O.K. by me in America! Ev’rything free in America. Ahem. Okay, so maybe not America, per se, but points to you if you got the reference ;). Right now, I really want to be in Africa with my best friend. It’s been two years since my last trip to Africa, and I’m feeling incredibly, incredibly homesick. I want to see what he’s seeing, hear what he’s hearing, and experience what he’s experiencing. So, yes, Kaylee - please send over your Genie to me, so I can wish for a plane ticket to Botswana!

Is there any band that you absolutely love, but kinda cringe when having to admit it others?Veronica
Two words. Digital. Getdown. I tried - I really did - but I just can’t stop myself from liking NSYNC. Sure, they have really weird, freaky songs (umm, Giddy Up, anyone?), but man, those guys really can sing. Take this song, for example. It’s a bit hard to deny that these guys are talented, when they’re able to do a solid A cappella five part harmony. Of course, the fact that I want to have JC Chasez’ babies (if I ever change my mind about having them, that is) definitely has nothing to do with my love for them. Definitely.

That’s it for now. I shall do the rest tomorrow, as I do need to have some sexytimes with my Law textbook. Rawr, I know.
