Knock, knock.

*dusts off cobwebs*

Hey guys :). Sorry for the disappearing act. There was a reason for my Houdininess, though. First, there was the surprise!trip of doom (that wasn’t really a trip of doom, because it was tres awesomepie), and then there was the I-haven’t-been-home-for-more-than-five-hours-at-a-time-since-le-trip thing.

Anyway. I hope you guys all had a great holiday season! Did you do anything special? Any cool traditions that you do every year, maybe?

(I haven’t forgotten about the Christmas contest yet! Let me just catch up and sort through all of my mails from the last couple of weeks first, and then we’ll see where we’re at :P).

 

 

Freedom; sweet, sweet freedom.

I finally finished my last exam this morning, and while I was savagely brutalized by Economics, the good thing is, I am done. Done, done, done. No more long hours trying to understand words like elasticity and oligopoly (how the heck do you even pronounce that?), no more facepalming and headdesking over Constitutional Law - ’tis très awesomepie, I tell you.

It was so great, I even did a little jig after I left the examination building…and then proceeded to fall flat on my face afterwards, but you know, details. I’m not going to let something as trivial as an unfortunate meeting with the asphalt and snow dash in and ruin my parade, dang it.

So, yes. Two more days of work, and then I’m off home for a two week break, where I can play even more of The Sims 2 (Legacy Challenges, FTW) and read tons of Torchwood and J2 porn. Life is great.

How about you? Have you finished your exams yet? Going home for the holidays, maybe?
